Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all chargers, straps, manuals, and promotional items that came with the product.

  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the device and confirms its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
